About His Holiness Indradyumna Swami
His Holiness Indradyumna Swami is a Guru (spiritual master), initiated into the timeless tradition of Bhakti Yoga, originating in ancient India. Setting aside his university education at an early age, Indradyumna Swami devoted himself to the search for spiritual knowledge. He fulfilled his goal when he met Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, a great spiritual teacher who brought the teachings of ancient India to countries all over the world, and founded the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).
Since 1971, Indradyumna Swami has been travelling and spreading the message of Krishna Consciousness and Bhakti-Yoga in countries such as the USA, Poland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, France and South America.
A shining example of his large-scale preaching is the travelling “Festival of India” tour, which he organizes every year in Poland.
